Charmaine is passionate about promoting resilience and opportunity and making a difference in the community. She has a diploma in Community Services work and has a background of youth work, support worker and case management.
She believes in the importance of participants being able to achieve their goals while feeling safe and respected and having the ability to make their own choices. Charmaine strives to empower and support individuals to increase their capacity to improve their quality of life and embrace their strengths and resilience.
Charmaine is a mother to 2 children and has 1 granddaughter. She loves animals and enjoys reading and camping.
