Emily believes that by treating people with kindness, respect and dignity, they grow in confidence to choose the life that they would most like to live. She believes in generosity of spirit, and valuing all people.
Emily loves supporting the CASoP team ,and believes that great mentoring and supervision is an important part of an amazing workplace culture.
Emily is also the Co-Founder of Shibui Services, a charity whose focus is the prevention and abuse of persons with a disability.
Her vision for her work is to ensure awareness and close some of the gaps that currently exist affecting the most vulnerable in our community.
