Kim is a Coordinator who has significant lived experience with disability and has experience and a special interest in aged care and dementia.

As a parent of a child (now adult) with a disability Kim understands how caring for a loved one can be equal parts a rewarding experience and a tremendous responsibility.  As a Support Coordinator, Kim understands the need to keep the bigger picture in mind along with the responsibility of taking care of the daily supports.  She as worked professionally in the industry for over 12yrs and believes in empowering participants to gain control over their own lives.

Kim understands that every day is different, and Participants can vary from one day to the next along with their needs.  As a result, she is passionate about ensuring Participants are able to access the supports they need and are offered a tailor made approach and to be supported in being offered flexible options in making the most of their NDIS funding.
