Paul Auriac – Positive Behaviours Support Practitioner

Paul is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.  He works in a holistic and collaborative way to support a person’s development, respond directly to their needs and increase their emotional wellbeing.

He comes to Create a Sense of Place with five (5) years experience working with youth living with disabilities in out of home care and holds an Honours and Bachelor degree in Psychology.

His experience in witnessing the resilience of those far less fortunate than himself and realising his capacity to facilitate a difference in their lives, drives his focus and commitment to developing comprehensive and effective behaviour support plans for all participants.

He is warm, approachable, understanding and down to earth and values giving Participants a voice and aims to positively influence the trajectory of an individual’s life.

Paul is your ideal Behaviour Support Practitioner if you are looking for someone with extensive experience working with youth and are looking for someone who is open and honest in their approach to meeting a participant’s needs.  He values working collaboratively with all people involved in a participant’s life and he is always willing to listen to and be flexible and adaptive to changing needs.
