Assessments and Reports with Create A Sense of Place
We provide the following assessments which are undertaken by our Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Social Workers:
- Functional Capacity Assessments by experienced Occupational Therapists
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments and
- Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments and/or
- other housing transitions reports.
- Assessment of Sexual Knowledge (ASK)
- Assessment of Individual Skills with capacity building programs
developed alongside.
