We provide truly independent Coordination of Supports, focused solely on your needs—not those of a provider. Our coordinators operate with integrity and transparency, helping you understand your plan, connect with the right services, and build your capacity over time. For complex needs or high-risk situations, our university-qualified Specialist Support Coordinators bring the expertise to stabilise and navigate even the most complex environments.
Our university-qualified Specialist Support Coordinators have the advanced skills to step in when situations are complex, urgent, or at risk of breaking down.
We work with people who have high or multiple support needs, including those navigating complex challenges such as child protection involvement, justice system interface, mental health concerns and housing instability. Our role is to stabilise supports, reduce risk, and coordinate across systems to create a clear, responsive support pathway.
Our team takes a hands-on, solutions-focused approach — helping you overcome barriers, connect with the right services, and ensure your supports are safe, consistent, and tailored to your unique circumstances and goals.
We focus on delivering high-quality Coordination of Supports by getting to know you, understanding what matters most, and helping you connect with the right people, services, and resources to meet your goals.
Whether you’re new to the NDIS or going through a significant transition, our role is to walk alongside you and simplify what can often feel complex or overwhelming.
You lead the way — we’ll walk beside you, and together we’ll co-create the support you want.
