Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches walk alongside you with empathy, mental health expertise, and a focus on practical steps that align with your goals, strengths, and values.
We view Psychosocial Recovery Coaching as a distinct and meaningful practice that supports individuals through a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach. We recognise that recovery is not a destination but a deeply personal process, shaped by each person’s goals, experiences, and strengths.
We understand that recovery is non-linear and unique to each individual. We focus on progress, no matter how small, and celebrate successes along the way. All of our Recovery Coaches have additional experience or training in mental health-informed practice, bringing both compassion and capability to their work.
You lead the way — we’ll walk beside you, and together we’ll co-create the support you want.

At Create A Sense of Place, we acknowledge the invaluable contributions of people with disability to our work, our communities, and our profession. We recognise the ongoing and historical injustices faced by people with disability and commit to challenging the systemic barriers that continue to exist. We uphold the inherent rights of people with disability and work in partnership to ensure those rights are recognised, respected, and realised. We honour the leadership, insight, and expertise of people with disability—both within our organisation and in the broader community—and we deeply value the collaboration of individuals, families, and communities in shaping inclusive, ethical, and impactful practice.
