At Create A Sense of Place, our nursing services focus on assessment, insight, and collaboration — not direct care. Our experienced Registered Nurses offer clinical assessments and recommendations that support participant safety, dignity, and quality of life. We work alongside you and your team to ensure support is informed, appropriate, and aligned with NDIS goals and compliance.
Our nurses are not involved in direct medical or wound care but provide essential assessments that guide service delivery and funding decisions.
