With over ten years of experience supporting individuals and teams to be their very best selves, I’m proud to be part of the Create A Sense of Place team as Practice Leader and a Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator. In this role, I mentor our Support Coordination Team and provide guidance to all team members when needed. I also mentor external Support Coordinators through our individualised mentoring framework, ensuring the unique needs of each client are understood and supported with integrity and insight.
I believe strongly in human rights-centered, neurodivergent-affirming, and innovative approaches to success. My work is grounded in ecological strategies that empower participants and their families to reach their goals in ways that are meaningful and sustainable.
My professional and academic background is diverse, spanning education, emergency management, adventure therapy, vocational training, mental health, complex trauma, and case management. I’ve worked across the NDIS, education, youth justice, child safety, health, and community sectors, and I am a proud ally to the Queer community.
Outside of work, I’m a mum to three wonderful teenagers and two very pampered dachshunds. I’m an avid sci-fi fan and volunteer as a local Scout Leader.
My five Signature Strengths are:
Humor, Love of Learning, Fairness, Curiosity, and Perspective.

At Create A Sense of Place, we acknowledge the invaluable contributions of people with disability to our work, our communities, and our profession. We recognise the ongoing and historical injustices faced by people with disability and commit to challenging the systemic barriers that continue to exist. We uphold the inherent rights of people with disability and work in partnership to ensure those rights are recognised, respected, and realised. We honour the leadership, insight, and expertise of people with disability—both within our organisation and in the broader community—and we deeply value the collaboration of individuals, families, and communities in shaping inclusive, ethical, and impactful practice.
