I’m guided by the Māori proverb “He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata,” This translates to ‘What is the most important thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people’.
I believe people are at the heart of all meaningful work. My journey began as a Support Worker, where I learned the power of empathy and the importance of honouring each individual’s unique needs. Known for my transparency and dedication, I leads with integrity and a commitment to helping others thrive.
With a background in Mental Health, Disability Work, Business Administration, and Community Sector Management, I have a strong track record of mentoring teams, navigating challenges, and driving strategic growth in previous leadership roles and organisations.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother and basketball coach, equally passionate about my family and community.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey with CASoP.
