I love meeting and connecting with people, and I’m always curious to learn more about them through their unique experiences. With lived experience of disability and a strong commitment to deep listening, I focus on truly understanding each Participant’s goals and supporting them to move toward what’s meaningful for them—on their own terms.
My background in traditional business gives me a grounded, practical approach to service. I bring that experience into everything I do, making sure the people I work with feel heard, respected, and supported. I want everyone I work with to feel like I’m on their team—because I am.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being by the beach whenever I can.
