Counselling Leader, Movement Based Therapist & Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

I began working in community services after volunteering with Camp Quality. During one of their camps, I was approached by the Department of Sport and Recreation and encouraged to apply for a role. That opportunity led me into youth work—and I’ve never looked back.
Since then, I’ve worked with Sport and Recreation, PCYC, Juvenile Justice programs, and community-based initiatives supporting young people facing adversity. My focus has always been on helping people reconnect with their strengths, find purpose, and build a future they can be proud of.

I continue to build on these skills through my role at Create A Sense of Place (CASoP), where I work as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Counselling Leader, and Movement-Based Therapist. I support people through complex challenges by combining practical strategies with deep listening, relational connection, and creative, responsive approaches to wellbeing. Whether I’m developing Behaviour Support Plans, walking alongside someone in counselling, or integrating movement into therapy, my work is grounded in trust, safety, and possibility.
I also contribute to vision planning at CASoP, helping shape programs and approaches that respond to people’s needs—not systems. I believe strongly in meeting people where they’re at, and I’m committed to supporting change that is both meaningful and sustainable.
