Support Worker Mentoring
Staff burnout and turnover is a real issue currently. This is because support workers are often inexperienced and untrained, have no idea what to expect and are left at times completely overwhelmed. We can offer you a safe place to talk about your day, discuss your challenges and provide you with guidance to be the best worker you can be!
Packages are available for more than one support worker from the same organisation.
- 1:1 hourly sessions are $100 per session
- Group Mentoring for 3 or more people are $80 per person
- 10% discount offered to organisations that refer 3 or more people for individual mentoring
