Lindsay has a strong background in the NDIS industry, with previous experience in support work and case management. Throughout her years of collaborating with providers, Lindsay identified the need for more dedicated and contactable support coordinators which led her to her current role.
Empowering individuals to lead a fulfilling life whilst building meaningful relationships is what makes Lindsay stand out from the crowd. She also has a knack for thinking outside the box and doing whatever she can to ensure participants receive the support that’s right for them.
Lindsay is committed to helping individuals achieve real outcomes and greater independence whilst creating an inclusive environment. Her previous experiences have shown Lindsay first hand, the value of building strong relationships with Participants and their families by following through and staying true and doing what she says she will do.
