Sarah is people focused with a strong background in Health care with expertise in healthcare assessment and provision of quality care. Sarah understands that each individual is different and that support extends beyond individual health needs to include social connection and ongoing growth and fulfilment within the community.
Sarah started her career in nursing and has worked in areas of Emergency, Post surgical, acute medical, aged care and disability. She has expanded her skillset and has enjoyed her journey in assisting people in accessing appropriate services to live to their potential and discover more independence and zest for life.
When working with Sarah you can expect individualised service delivery, innovative solutions to complex needs, persistence, open communication and realistic goal setting.
As an ideal member of the CASoP team, Sarah understand the NDIS and Healthcare systems thoroughly. She will always fight for you and listen and take the time to understand your individual needs. Sarah enjoys having a laugh and seeing others smile
